What can I expect from my chiropractor and osteopath?

They will take a thorough history, then performing a full neuro-musculo-skeletal examination. Any atypical findings will be discussed.

What shall I bring to my child’s chiropractic appointment?

  • Your child!
  • Your ‘green book’ (Maternal and Child Health Nurse book).
  • Any relevant medical reports, scans or xrays.

How can payments be made?

EFT/credit card, HICAPS, cash, direct debit.

When is payment required?

Payment is required on the day of your consultation.  Many patients choose to pre-pay for a group of appointments, attracting savings on each appt, as it reduces load on our Chiropractic Assistants. 

Do you accept HICAPS/private health insurance?

Yes, we can process HICAPS and private health insurance claims on the spot

Do I need a referral from a GP?

No. But you do need to call or book online to make an appointment.

How much time should I allow for my appointments?

Chiropractic

  • For first appointment, allow 45 minutes.
  • For second appointment, allow 20-25 mins.
  • For subsequent appointments, allow 10-12 minutes. 

Psychology / Counselling

  • For all appointments, allow 50 minutes.
  • Osteopathic

    • For first appointment, allow 60 minutes.
    • For subsequent appointments, allow 30-45 minutes.
